Alpha HR started from a simple frustration: every HR tool on the market was built for Western markets and then awkwardly retrofitted for Egyptian labour law. Tax brackets were wrong. Leave types didn't match. Arabic was an afterthought.
We decided to build from scratch — with the right foundations. Egyptian income tax, social insurance, Labour Law No. 12/2003, and full RTL support were designed in from day one, not added later.

Most HR software is built for Western markets and bolted on to Egypt. We built Alpha HR from scratch for Egyptian labour law, Arabic culture, and EGP payroll.
