Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Alpha HR, you agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

Alpha HR provides cloud-based HR management software accessible via web browser. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorised access. You must notify us immediately of any suspected breach.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Alpha HR only for lawful HR management purposes. You must not attempt to access another company's data, reverse-engineer the service, or use the platform to process data of individuals without appropriate lawful basis.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you input into Alpha HR. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Refunds are issued at our discretion. If your payment fails, we will notify you and may suspend your account after a 7-day grace period.

7. Limitation of liability

Alpha HR is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo.
